Refund Policy

Under the consumer contracts regulations, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return and refund, all products must be:

in original packaging

security and hygiene tags in tact

unopened and unused

You have no automatic right to a return if you've changed your mind due to the nature of the products and the possible contamination risks.

You have no automatic right to a refund if products are returned:

In a damaged state

Security seals broken

We can only accept returns from the named buyer once agreed, and you are responsible for return costs, and ensuring the products are packaged to a high standard to ensure safe delivery. Failure to do so can result in costs being taken from refund amount.

We have the right to charge a 25% restocking fee payable off any return amount.
