Shipping Policy

a Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers. It is the legal framework for presenting your obligations to your customers, but also to address different possible scenarios that may occur, and what happens in each and every case. 

 

All products are made to order and will have a 5 working day window.

Products are shipped fully tracked every step of the way from dispatch to delivery. Tracking numbers will be supplied within 24 hours of dispatch.

As standard, products are shipped uninsured. This means in the event of lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged packages, no replacements or refunds can be made under any circumstances. You choose this at your own risk, and cannot hold Mia's corner responsible once products have been dispatched.

Insured shipping is an option, and full replacements will be made on any lost, damaged, misplaced, stolen packages.
